A Few Career Highlights

  • I was the first to plan and execute a gala at The Overlook at Fenway Park. We raised over $400k!

  • Tracking the location of 200+ contemporary art pieces as they made their way to ARTcetera safely (and with insurance!).

  • Leading the warm up onstage at my first AIDS Walk when the exercise instructor couldn't come.

  • We raised $30k over our goal for the AIDS Walk & Run coming out of quarantine.

  • Looking out at the packed crowd at the Salem Athenaeum during the new storytelling series I booked and promoted.

  • Seeing headlining poets and teenagers on field trips stopping to watch The Poetry Circus during the Massachusetts Poetry Festival.

  • "Shari is organized beyond compare and kept a close eye on the budget, master to-do list, and the revenue goals. I almost wouldn't give her this blurb because I want to hog her- she's the best!"

Rachel Sarvey, Director of Development at Silent Spring Institute

  • "Shari is one the most energetic people I know! It has been wonderful having her on board."

Brunonia Barry, best-selling author & Salem Literary Festival co-founder

  • "Shari is that rare event planner who seamlessly covers every detail like a great project manager, yet never loses the sense of joy, creativity, and inspiration of an artist."

Cheryl Katon, VP of Development at Fenway Health

  • "Shari mindfully creates accessible and safe spaces for both performers and audience members."
